Burgonyapüré / Fluffy mashed potatoes

    2 lbs. potatoes

¼ pt. milk

2 oz. butter

salt and pepper

Peel potatoes. Bring to the boil in salted water and simmer until cooked. Drain well and mash.

Bring the milk to the boil, add to the mashed potatoes and beat until fluffy.

Season and serve with the butter melting on top.
